Become a Vendor!

1. Reservation of Space and Vendor Space Rental Cost
The total cost for a reserved Vendor space is $75.00, $50.00 for non-profits. Fee includes 10’ x 10’ space only; Vendor is responsible for bringing table, chairs, tent and any other needed materials. By completing a vendor application, you are agreeing to the terms set forth in these Vendor Guidelines.
2. Fee Schedule and Cancelations
Booth rental fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Animal Rescue Groups
We ask that each rescue limits the number of adoptable pets to four or fewer due to time and space constraints. Unfortunately, there is no public supply of water so please be sure to bring bowls and water for your pets.
Upon request to become a vendor, Applicant agrees to abide by all rules set forth by Ahimsa House and to honor instructions as deemed necessary during the event as issued by Ahimsa House. Vendors are urged to insure their equipment and products at their own expense. Ahimsa House will not be responsible for any injury that may occur to any employees, theft, and loss of life or damage to any property from any cause whatsoever.
5. Unforeseen Events
Walk, Wag, N’ Run is a “rain or shine” event. Ahimsa House cannot guarantee Vendor’s protection from loss or insure against loss for any reason. Vendor hereby waives any claim for incidental or consequential damages or compensation resulting from the inability to use the premises and agrees that Ahimsa House may retain the portion of payments made by Vendor necessary to cover expenses incurred by Ahimsa House incidental to the opening and management of the event through the time of termination.
6. Use and Occupancy
Spaces will be assigned and booth space shall not be altered by the Vendor once assigned. Vendor Check-In time will be determined closer to the date of the event and you will be notified in advance of the check-in time. Vendor load-in will first-come, first-serve. Volunteers will help direct you to help you unload. After unloading, you will be directed to the parking area adjacent to the event site. After parking, you can return to your booth area to continue the set-up process. Detailed check-in and loading instructions will be sent out prior to the event.
7. Early Departure
All Vendors are encouraged to remain open during event hours. Should Vendor need to leave prior to festival closing, Vendor must carry all items out by hand. No vehicles will be allowed in the park under any circumstances until after the event concludes.
8. Sale/Distribution of Products/Services
Vendors may only distribute approved items in good taste. No food may be sold or distributed for human consumption on festival premises by anyone except authorized food vendors. Nonprofit organizations may distribute and/or sell items, but are asked to refrain from directly soliciting donations at the event. Rescue groups may bring adoptable animals, but are asked not to finalize any adoptions on-site. All adoptable animals MUST be spayed/neutered and current on vaccines. Proof of vaccination status must be furnished for each animal upon request. Animals must be controlled and crates provided.
9. Right to Enter
It is agreed that representatives of Ahimsa House may, at all times, enter into and upon said premises and
examine the same and condition thereof. Ahimsa House reserves the right to examine any product or item sold prior to application approval and periodically during the event.
