Happy Thursday!
Like usual, our program is bursting at the seams. We've got pets coming in every day and it doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon. Since we are getting in people's PETS for 60 days, we treat them like they are our own pets, and try to do the best we can to get them into foster homes. Staying in boarding facilities for the entirety of their stay with us can be stressful, depressing and even emotionally damaging for these babies, especially when they're used to being in a home every day and sleeping in bed with their owners every night.

That being said, we are in DESPERATE need of foster homes who can take in pitbulls. Currently, there are 3 pitties who are at boarding facilities wondering when they will be picked up and spoiled in a temporary home. 2 of them came in together and we would like to keep them together if at all possible, the other can be placed separately. The only caveat is that these dogs MUST be kept away from cats. They can be in the same home but can not be around the cats at all.

If you or anyone you know is interested and able to foster any of these sweet babies, please email me at services@ahimsahouse.org and I will send you more information. Please share this post..lets get these pups placed!!
