We're inviting you to be a business sponsor for Ahimsa House’s second annual Wallk N' Wag outdoor festival and pet parade. Sponsorship is an opportunity to show your community that you're making a positive difference in our area.

Walk n' Wag is more than just a dog walk with dog lovers strutting their mutts through the park.  Held in Chastain Park, festivities include retail vendor and sponsor booths, doggie contests, silent auction, music, microchipping, food, entertainment, cool prizes, and much more. Dogs of every size, shape, color and breed bring their families dressed in neat event T-shirts and doggie scarves!

Interested in reaching pet-lovers and their canine friends in one fun-filled day? Ahimsa House invites you to be a vendor at Walk 'N Wag. It's happening at 10:00am-2:00pm Saturday, October 23, 2010 in Chastain Park.

We are offering businesses the opportunity to display, promote and sell their products and services to Walk n’ Wag participants and their four-legged friends. People and pets arrive at 10:00 a.m., allowing time to "shop" before the walk that begins at 11:00 a.m. After the walk there will be contests, prizes, a silent auction and of course, more shopping! Commercial vendors will be charged a $50 fee.  Non-profit groups are complimentary. You will be provided with booth space in an accessible and visible area for pawsitive promotional value.

Every dollar we raise goes to a great cause. Ahimsa House is dedicated to helping the human and animal victims of domestic violence reach safety together. Last year, the Ahimsa House 24-hour crisis line received calls from 31 counties all across Georgia and provided 3,137 nights of safe shelter for animal victims of domestic violence. More than 90% of donations directly support the people and animals we serve.

By choosing to participate as a Walk n’ Wag vendor, you can be a vital part of this effort and do some fun marketing and sales for your business!

Vendor Booth assignments and the check-in process have been prepared with your comments from last year considered. 

Check in is on Saturday, October 23 from 6:30 am -8:30 am. We ask that you be set-up and ready by 9:00 am. While the event officially begins at 10:00 am, it is our experience that people come early.

The event site is the Blue Lot off of Stella Road in Chastain Park. See map below. Go to  Directions to Walk N’ Wag for complete directions. There is plenty of room for you to drive into the event area to unload. There will be volunteers on site to direct you to your booth area and to help you unload. After unloading, you will be directed to the parking area in the Upper Blue Lot, which is adjacent to the event site. After parking, you will then return to your booth area to set up.
